Foundation
The Elevation 168 Philosophy.
At Elevation 168, we believe everyone is given the same 168 hours each week. What separates average from exceptional is how those hours are used. Our training systems are designed to challenge every level of athlete — from beginners building consistency to high performers pursuing elite discipline.
Every workout tier represents more than physical training; it represents a mindset rooted in purpose, accountability, and growth. No matter where you start, the mission remains the same: maximize every hour, elevate every day, and commit to becoming stronger mentally and physically.
Maximize every hour.
Elevate every day.
Four phases. One standard. Whether you begin in Foundation or compete at Elite — every athlete within Elevation 168 shares the same mission.
Foundation
Phase
Easy
"Start the Climb."
The Easy program is designed for individuals beginning their fitness journey or returning after time away. This phase focuses on building consistency, confidence, and discipline through structured movement, manageable intensity, and sustainable habits. The goal is not perfection — it is momentum.
Athletes in this tier learn how to take ownership of their 168 hours by developing daily routines that strengthen the body while reinforcing mental discipline. Every workout is approachable but purposeful, helping participants create a foundation they can build on long term.
Growth
Phase
Moderate
"Build Beyond Comfort."
The Moderate program is for individuals ready to increase intensity and challenge themselves physically and mentally. This tier introduces greater training volume, endurance demands, and strength progression while continuing to reinforce discipline and accountability.
Athletes begin learning how to push through discomfort, manage fatigue, and stay committed when motivation fades. Moderate training represents the transition from participation to performance.
Performance
Phase
Difficult
"Separate Yourself."
The Difficult program is built for committed individuals pursuing high-level performance. Training intensity increases significantly through advanced conditioning, strength endurance, explosive movement, and mental resilience.
This tier demands discipline both inside and outside the gym. Recovery, nutrition, sleep, and time management become critical components of success. Athletes are expected to maximize their hours intentionally and train with purpose every day.
The Difficult phase embodies the core of the Elevation 168 identity: relentless growth through discipline and sacrifice.
Elite
Phase
Extreme
"168 Hours. No Excuses."
The Extreme program is reserved for those who refuse average. This tier is designed for elite performers, competitors, tactical athletes, and individuals seeking maximum physical and mental challenge.
Extreme training pushes limits through demanding workouts that test endurance, resilience, leadership, and mental fortitude. Every session is intentionally designed to simulate adversity and force growth under pressure. This is not simply exercise — it is a commitment to mastering yourself.
Athletes in this phase live the Elevation 168 principles fully: maximizing every hour, choosing commitment over comfort, and elevating every single day.
The Elevation 168 Standard
Every athlete.
One mission.
Because elevation is not a destination — it is a lifestyle lived all 168 hours of the week.
