Privacy
policy.

This policy covers the Elevation 168 website (elevation168.com) and the Elevation 168 apps for Android and iOS. The short version: your training data lives on your device, an account is optional, and we never sell or share your information with advertisers.

Data stored on your device

The 168 Tracker keeps your callsign, chosen track, logged sessions, weekly hours, streaks, gear checklist and vault progress in your browser's or app's local storage. This data stays on your device unless you create an account and turn on cloud sync. Deleting the app, clearing site data, or using RESET ALL TRACKER DATA removes it.

Data we collect if you create an account

• Email address and password — used only to sign you in. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
• Your tracker data — the same data described above is copied to your private account space so it can follow you across devices. Only you can read it; it is protected by server-side security rules.

Community leaderboard

If you log training hours during a week, your chosen callsign (a nickname you type yourself), weekly hours and track appear on the public weekly climb board. Don't use your real name as your callsign if you'd rather stay anonymous. Entries clear when the week resets, and community chat messages are limited to a nickname and short text.

Service providers

Accounts, cloud sync and community features run on Google Firebase (Authentication and Realtime Database). Fonts are served by Google Fonts. We use no advertising networks, no analytics trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all cloud data yourself, at any time, from inside the app or website:

• Open the 168 Tracker, go to the Journey panel's ACCOUNT section while signed in, and choose DELETE ACCOUNT. This immediately and permanently removes your sign-in credentials and everything stored in your account's cloud space. Data already on your devices stays there until you clear it.
• Prefer not to use the app? Email tootiedesigns18@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Children

Elevation 168 is a demanding physical training program intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change we will update this page and revise the date below before the change takes effect.
